1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Provided

We provide web design, full-stack web application development, SEO strategy, and digital brand consulting. Detailed scopes of work, project milestones, and deliverables are defined in individual client project proposals.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom code, website assets, and design deliverables developed for a client remain the property of Ujjwal Saikia Web Strategy Studio until final project payment is completed. Upon full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client, excluding proprietary pre-existing libraries or open-source software.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing required content (text, image assets, media) and timely feedback required to meet agreed project timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ujjwal Saikia Web Strategy Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website downtime, third-party hosting interruptions, or client-managed content modifications following deployment.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
